Jig Association Meeting 3/23/2012 Fishermens Hall

AGENDA: 1) Discussion of fee and quorum requirements, possible adjustments. 2) Discussion and voting to solidify AJA stance and representation on jig issues relevant to upcoming Joint Protocol (coordinated State and Federal) and NPFMC (Federal) meetings occurring later this month in Anchorage. These issues include: Reverse Parallel concept for State jig fishery, changing of A season start date for Federal jig fishery, and limitation of other gear types being fished or present on board during Federal jig fishery. 3) Discussion and feedback of current regulations under new sector split implementation. 4) Other business.
